Despite being the final customer of the day, I was warmly welcomed - coat and bag were taken care of, and I was offered a drink upon arrival. Promptly served after a previous customer - lovely hair wash. Sue was extremely attentive to me and my wants and needs in terms of cut and style - frequently asked my option during the process. Friendly conversation and beautiful, careful haircut made for a wonderful experience. Very satisfied with the experience and the final result. Highly recommend!
