Not fully happy with my Bob-cut. (Long front, short back) There’s hardly any difference in length between front and back and my hair wasn’t styled at the end. But overall the cut was alright.

Lauren was nice and took care of my t section highlights, however the other lady looked like she was making a favour to finish my hair, she even was leaving me going with my head not properly dried, I had to tell her can you please dry properly. Now I understand I bought a t section with rough dry voucher but still the hair must be dried... Felt a bit awkward to mention it, the lady was just annoyed of doing what she was doing you could tell from her face. I don't feel I will be back. Not great
