Lauren helped me fix my hair after a bad experience at another salon. She was really friendly, and showed me what colour she was going to be applying before doing it so I knew exactly what I was getting. She was very gentle with my hair from brushing it to applying toner to washing and drying it. During the process she was super friendly and very easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like my hair was in good hands. The end result was perfect and I would really recommend.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the time I had to wait. 45 mins after my appointment before I was started which held me back from other errands.

I’ve got really difficult, thick hair and I thought Natasha did a great job with it. She took time to make sure I was happy with the cut. I felt that she didn’t rush to finish cutting my thick hair that takes a bit longer than most, so she could see to the next customer. I’d really recommend her.
