I am very sorry to say that Natasha was very pleasant as a person, however I would not give her the title of senior stylist. Natasha started cutting my hair and had to stop to rinse someone's colour and blow-dry her hair, which seriously extended my stay in the salon, so much so that the lady who had a 12pm appointment left after waiting for over 20 minutes. However, my main concern is that I have left the salon after 1hr 45 with a wonky haircut and not at all what I asked for.
