I had been before for a cut and blow dry, so I decided to come back. It wasn't as bleached as I'd like, but my hair is dark, so it takes a lot. I loved the style as I came out and the stylist took a lot of care, but unfortunately the style came out quite quickly despite having naturally curly hair. I'd been kept waiting a long time at the start without any communication, so I'd have appreciated more communication, though I wasn't in a rush. I would go back.
