When I arrived I was told I’d have to wait 10 minutes for the hairdresser to finish her previous client. I said it was fine and waited. I was not seen until 35 minutes after my scheduled time. She didn’t even take my coat, nor did she give me an apology for the wait. I was half an hour late for my engagement that followed. It’s a shame because I’ve been before and never had an issue, but the unprofessionalism at the lateness and lack of apology or concern was outrageous and I won’t be returning

Really upsetting experience. Shouted at by manager across the salon, that I needed to pay £20 more than quoted due to having more than 3months regrowth, that I had been told this by my hairdresser and she and other hairdresser heard me being told. 😥
