This is why I love Sophie. She had me booked in to have my hair extension but when they arrived they weren't fit for purpose, so she sent them back and got me new fresh one. What an amazing hairdresser, anyone else would have just used them. This is why I go to Sophie. But my daughter had an amazing colour in my space instead.
