In a previous review another customer mentioned the haircut was rushed and without washing his hair. The barber shop replied that his hair was washed. I thought it might be a one-off given the other good reviews.
I can confirm the barber was rushed in my haircut today, started late and finished early, absolutely didn't wash my hair at any point, and the haircut itself was not of good quality at all.
Disappointing experience and definitely not worth the £39 or even half of that.

Booked 12 cut. They pushed me back to 12:15, no big deal. At 12:30 while waiting I was told my barber was not there yet and the didn’t know when the will turn up (busy at another appointment at another venue?!).
