I wasn’t happy with the nails I did this time, they ended up very chunky, not neat at all and couple of days after they started breaking. I wish it was possible to request a different technician and then have a guarantee they will be doing your nails.

I had to wait for 40 minutes as it was quite busy even though I had an appointment but the pedicure was nice and the technician was lovely!
