The girls who were working were super lovely and trying really hard as they were super short staffed. The pedicure was great but when I got my nails done they said I had to pay an addition £5 on top of the £60 I had already paid for shellac, I fought back as there was no option to book online for shellac and the manager told me that I must not be able to read (come on) it wasn’t until I showed one of the staff members how you cannot select shellac that they gave it to me at no extra charge.

Lovely staff and calm, relaxing environment, I made an error with my booking, booked manicure instead of pedicure but they were understanding and kind enough to give me toe colour polish for free which was what I only needed anyway so was a bonus! Will definitely come back. The acrylics were done top standards, probably the best acrylic nails I’ve had!
