Disappointed. There were kids screaming while waiting for their mother. I had to ask my nail technician to go back and re-do my cuticles properly 3 times. Then end result is messy and the edges are peeling 3 days later. No attention to detail.

I’m never the one to leave bad reviews but honestly this is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I paid over £50 for these terrible nails. I had to go home and shape them and remove leftover gel around my fingers and cuticles.

I wasn’t happy with the nails I did this time, they ended up very chunky, not neat at all and couple of days after they started breaking. I wish it was possible to request a different technician and then have a guarantee they will be doing your nails.
