I booked gel infill and paid extra £15 for cat eye nail polish which is normally £10 on the app. They’re not even, and quite bulky. Didn’t want to say anything because she’d literally have to remove all her work. She didn’t file them or create the shape (didn’t even ask what I want, shall she file them, shorter them, almond whatever) after she put on a gel. Honestly, I rarely complain but this wasn’t best experience. And £50 for something that’s simply ugly and sloppy… outrageous
