When I got to the salon it was very chaotic and not the most friendly, particularly the receptionist. First thing they said to me was that I booked the wrong appointment as my hair is longer and should have booked for medium not for short hair- nonsense as my hair was tied so they couldn’t even know that...I was then asked to explain/show to the stylist how I want my hair to be done while she was finishing off another client, almost arguing if what I want was achievable etc. My appointment didn’t really start until 20 min after I arrived...
The stylist herself Melina was very good and she did her best and the haircut was almost what I wanted, good blow dry and style at the end. However it was all very fast and it felt she was in a hurry and rushed for the next client. The receptionist was complaining how busy they were and how much they now have to clean, quite unprofessional. At the end they made me pay additional £15 for re- styling- disappointing. On the overall I must say not the most pleasant and a bit stressful experience. Although the stylist was good I don’t think I’ll be going back
