The person who did my pedicure was really great, super nice and chatty. My feet never felt that soft before.
The receptionist left me waiting more than 30 min without notifying the beautician of her next appointment, I think that was not professional and probably because I paid through the app she didn't care as she knew I won't leave.
I would highly recommend that no-one books any services through this terrible salon. I turned up for my appointment having left work early only to be told that they preponed the appointment to the day before, without asking me, and now couldn't do the service. And instead of apologising profusely, I was told some crap about how they didn't have my contact details. I showed my confirmation email and sms from Treatwell and yet they still didn't care or try to make the service happen for me. I tried to find anther salon that was available at the last minute but everyone was booked up. So please don't expose yourself to this dodgy establishment- take your business elsewhere.

Had a cut and blow dry with Barri and was really pleased with it. I was a little worried when he didn't see/talk about my hair before it was washed as he was with another customer but didn't need to worry, he was great and I got exactly what I was hoping for. Will definitely be going back!
