The staff member was really friendly and had the right balance between being friendly but letting me read and relax. She surprised me by offering to dye my eyebrows which I ended up doing since it was a cheap offer. She cut my hair very well once I had been clear about what I wanted. Nice coffee too :)

Appointment didn't last stated time as didn't seem to receive conditioning treatment! Having said that, staff were lovely and cut is great, will be returning regularly
