The hairdresser was busy with another client when I came in so I had to wait. Not the biggest problem, but it later turned out that that customer had walked in shortly before me without an appointment and yet they took her in. After about 15 minutes of waiting another hairdresser started washing my hair and left me waiting several times throughout the treatment (even though I was the only customer in the store). Eventually I was propped up on a chair with my wet hair in a towel and I had to wait for another half and hour before my hairdresser was finally finished with the other customer.
The haircut was okay but not great. A lot of time was spent straightening my already very straight hair, which left me with the feeling that the hairdresser did not really know what she was doing/how to treat my hair properly.
The staff was very nice and did apologise for the delay, but it just wasn’t enough to compensate for the inconvenience(s).
Booked through the app for a wash and cut for £15. Turned up and because my hair was long they charged me another £15 just because of the length of my hair. They said it says when I booked it, it states more will be charged depending on the length of the hair but it clearly does not. I asked for layers but the guy just made my hair shorter.
