This was the first time I have been to Bhavi Beauty in Wembley, it was a great experience. Will be going back. Staff member was very friendly. Pedicure was relaxing and great value for money.

The experience itself was so-so because my treatment was to remove black heads from my back but the therapist left some visible ones that even I could see even if they were in my back....so!! Also staff seems to be always in hurry and don't speak/understand english properly so they can't answer to certain questions. Cleaningness is not a top priority as well. They put the bucket of warm water on the floor...( that one used to put the little towel on my back)I didn't find it very hygienic. Also the girl didn't use the plastic gloves, but considering that is a massage, maybe she doesn't have to. So this is my experience, sorry to say so, but this is what I would say to a friend. I don't know if I would recommend it or not.

Treated myself to a relaxing afternoon of pampering and chose two wonderful treatments. The pedicure was amazing and the young girl that did this (sorry cant remember your name) was extremely thorough, you must try the wax treatment as well, makes your feet feel so soft. The best pedicure I've ever had and would definitely love to go back even though I live an hour away :) The microdermabrasion was also very good, removes any dry/dead skin and leaves your face feeling refreshed and glowing.
