Unfortunately the massage was a big disappointment as the therapist lacked appropriate training and the knowledge of the treatment to be performed. Moreover, the room was dirty and the ambience was very unpleasant. All in all, very poor experience for a pricey massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
I am very hesitant to write this review but please avoid if possible. I booked this appointment because of the 4-star reviews and Treatwell’s recommendation, but I honestly left feeling really disappointed. What really concerned me, though, was the hygiene. I had an infection in the past from another salon, so I made sure to ask if the tools were sterilised. She reassured me, saying the salon is clean and I wouldn’t get an infection. Guess what? Yep, left with an infection.. 0/10
