I booked through Treatwell and paid in advance. They were not aware of the booking although it was on the system. I was asked to come the next day instead as there was only one person working. I asked for refund. I was told to wait for 10 min until she finishes her current service. The room was used as storage area. Radio music was on with ads etc. The massage itself was one of the worse experiences I had. I ended up with a headache as she spent 10 min leathering my scalp. Never going again.
