It’s usually quite quick and painless, Ive been going to Bhavi Beauty for a long time now however the last two times I’ve been the wax has been really hot, hotter than usual. I have brought it up prior, hopefully it can get sorted

The overall experience was not terrible however I will not be returning. First off the place was not the cleanest, there was no place in the room to really put your clothes on. The room was super cold, no music was playing which is OK however the lady did not put her phone on silent so every message and phone call(s) I could hear which eventually became quite annoying. Lastly, I booked a 60 mins message however it was only 45 mins total.
