The overall experience was not terrible however I will not be returning. First off the place was not the cleanest, there was no place in the room to really put your clothes on. The room was super cold, no music was playing which is OK however the lady did not put her phone on silent so every message and phone call(s) I could hear which eventually became quite annoying. Lastly, I booked a 60 mins message however it was only 45 mins total.

Nirali is an absolute sweetheart and did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them as she does every time.

Nirali was nice and friendly but she cut the skin around my nails trying to take off the shellac, left bits of shellac on my nails and tried to use a different colour polish to the one I had picked so I left early and didn’t finish the manicure.
She filed my nails all at different lengths and didn’t even bother with my cuticles.
I think extra training is necessary.
Very unhygienic, the shop was a mess and dirty, and the two manicurists were sharing nail files and buffers.

I am a nail technician myself she couldn't get my gel polish off which wasn't soaked long enough which i had to soak them off myself and go back. The polish on one of my fingers had run when cured. There was no preping the nail for gel correctly. Delux should be massage and paffin wax them sort things. Gel polish has to be preped correctly to last. The lady had stayed later to do my nails which was kind off her which was greatly appreciated.
