Wellnest is a lovely new venue near London Bridge. The café and shop at the entrance is very bright which makes for a very warm and light atmosphere enhanced by the kindness of the staff. Stepping into the sauna and ice space felt like walking into a big wooden church. Very peaceful and healing for the senses. Being able to chose how you're going to journey through the hot and the cold gives more power and intention to your experience. 10/10 for everything: I will be back!
