I am a fully qualified ITEC Swedish, Deep Tissue & Pregnancy massage therapist. I have also trained at The Christie School of Oncology in Adapting Massage for Cancer and Hospice patients. This nurturing massage uses light touch and slow, steady movements, gently supporting the nervous system and allowing the body to deeply relax. All massages are female-focused and tailor-made to your individual needs, whether you are holding tension in certain areas or simply need space to slow down and reconnect. Massage offers a wide range of physical and emotional benefits to support your overall well-being. I also offer reflexology, a calming treatment working on specific pressure points in the feet to encourage balance throughout the body, as well as manual lymphatic drainage, a gentle and rhythmic therapy that supports the natural flow of the lymphatic system, helping to reduce fluid retention and promote the body’s own detoxification and healing processes. Other treatments I specialise in are Nouveau Cera LVL Lash Lift and HD BrowSculpt, which enhance your natural lashes and brows while maintaining a soft, natural look. Wellness Within is nestled away in a cosy garden wood cabin in Chorlton, Manchester — a peaceful space created for rest, restoration, and self-care.
