I have been coming here for 12 months and unfortunately had a bad experience this time round. The nail technician was lovely, but cut my cuticles a couple of times. A few days later they are really sore.. I think she is new to the team. So sad because I love coming here.

The lady who did my wax was professional and knew how to deal with my reaction to my first Hollywood!! She got me through it and I love the results. Definitely going back in 4 weeks!
