Unfortunately the wax was a lot more painful than usual because of the very (nearly burning) hot wax. My beautician was really kind and tried her best to keep the wax cooler, but I was sore and red after and also still had some wax residue on me and some stray hairs. If she had not been so lovely, I would have been more angry about the bad wax, but she was very kind, comforting and apologetic.

It was very quick and painless but unfortunately not all the hair was taken off in places where it could have been.
