When I showed your staff that the hair on my upper lip was not gone after waxing she started complaining and giving an attitude. This is unacceptable as she did not do her job well but was being disrespectful towards me. I was still polite and showing her that my skin is very red and the wax did not do the job. She just did not want to accept that she could not remove the hair, the wax made my skin very very red because she did the waxing a few times on the same areas. This is a simple job and should not be this complicated. I pay a full fee and get a bad job and disrepect in return. This is quite unfair.
