Sandra was so professional yet super friendly and made me feel very at ease. She was very attentive throughout the whole waxing session, asking if the wax was the right temperature, and also making sure it wasn't too painful. She is new at the Wellness Lounge, but clearly has years and years of skills and experience so I'd definitely recommend her as well as any of the other staff here who are also equally amazing. Thank you!
