Pleasant. Very clean and staff members clearly know their stuff. During the treatment I didn't have a lot of products/oil put on my face so the CACI hurt a little as my skin was dry. I think if there was more moisture it would have been a more pleasant experience. Either way I am planning on going back so I would still recommend the Wellness Lounge to others.
