This was my first time at Wellness Lounge and I chose it as it was the best rated in Chiswick. Although a few days later, after my shellac, one of my fingers started to hurt and got really badly infected, the only reason this could be was my cuticles where cut and the beautician wiped the cutters on a towel before use, indicating they weren't properly cleaned using antibacterial solution. My experience at the salon was fine, although I would never have expected my finger to get infected at the top rated and top featured Chiswick beauty salon. I was planning on going back and getting my shellac taken off and another shellac colour put on, although now I don't think I will.

Amazing as always, Olga must be one of the best skilled persons on the Planet for waxing. The place is always nice, clean and ambient and the ladies are lovely. Thank you!
