Was really disappointed in the spray tan. Although I asked all the questions, checked when I could wash it off - scrubbed and showered before hand. Loose clothing etc (I'm an old hat at tanning) - my tan was non-exisitent in the morning.
I was going on a BIG holiday to the States, and felt cheated. The staff were lovely during - so maybe a fault of the product. Either way - was really annoyed, as I paid the money to get a darker tan..... and it was not my usual area, so how will I compensate or even speak to improve the service?
