Starting with the positive...I was happy with my eyebrow colour but had to ask for it to be darker but this is no problem. I was not happy with my eyebrow wax but there is nothing you can do once they have waxed it. No consultation was done about how much I wanted waxed, and they are now too thin - years of growing my eyebrows ruined. Appointment was also 20 minutes late. They need to ensure there calendars sync properly with treatwell's. I understand things can be double booked, however I was made to feel an inconvenience as I had booked on the day. I will continue my search on to find the perfect brow salon.
