I use the Wellness Lounge all the time. On my last visit I had a gel manicure, which was very good. My only little niggly complaint is that I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time. As I had another appointment to go to, this meant that the manicure was a bit rushed. My beauty therapist apologised but the experience was not quite as pleasant and relaxed as usual. Having said this, I will definitely be making another appointment.
