Lovely staff-the facial itself was a little painful as I have sensitive skin, about which I told the therapist. However, I found the treatment too abrasive. I would definitely return for an alternative treatment though as the staff are so friendly.

It wasn't what I was hoping for in terms of quality. Also, the staff member was not at all talkative to the extent where it became a little tense towards the end (she wasn't rude or anything, just completely -awkwardly- silent).
