The therapist is quite firm, not very gentle. Feels more like a process than a treatment. Kept getting annoyed that I flinched and tensing, but my nail beds are quite sensitive and I did tell her that. This is not a mark on the establishment, therapists like Wiola are excellent. The end result of the treatment looks good. Just be gentle!
