My appointment did no to ahead, as she was overbooked and tried persuaded me, that my booking was at 19.45...very disappointing.

1 The therapist's limited English proficiency resulted in inadequate communication.
2 Initially the machine was not functioning properly.
3 The therapist was pushy in persuading me to accept the visible changes after the treatment.
4 I was locked in the toilet for 5 mins because of the recurring mal-functioning door. The handling of a toilet incident was inappropriate without considering the discomfort with the therapist as the sole person in the salon.
5 An unexpected status change to No-Show

I had a fantastic shellac manicure with Ilona. She was very thorough and did a great job, the manicure still looks fresh almost two weeks on.
