The wax was really thorough and efficient and I had the laser hair removal patch test, which went well. I was charged an extra £5 to have the strip up to my belly button waxed, which I have never been charged before, at this salon or elsewhere, and thought that was strange. Apart from that overall a good experience as usual at the Wellness Lounge.
