The treatments I get (gel nail extensions and shellac) are always very good and I've never gone anywhere for them since.
Whilst the staff are not very chatty and it's not the most welcoming of places, I love that I don't need to talk or make conversation while getting my nails done. I can zone out and relax which is a really big plus for me. The staff aren't unfriendly at all, they're just not very talkative - which if you're like me, might be perfect for you! Natalia is fantastic.
