I was a bity late to the appointment, but Wiola was lovely and still saw me and then did the treatment within the remaining time to a really high standard. I've tried other waxing places but nowhere is as good, thorough and painless as Wellness Lounge. I'm a long-time customer and will continue to come here for a number of treatments at competitive prices. The team are so lovely as well!
