I've never left a bad review however this was a terrible experience. Incredibly rude staff and uncomfortable environment. I was left waiting for some time as one employee was rude about another client who was on their way and then started bickering with a delivery man. The manicurist was constantly rolling her eyes and proceeded to make snide comments. The shellac itself was OK but despite that I would not return.
