Came for my appointment at the correct time. Had a wax and spray tan treatment. The lady advised I came back another day for the spray tan after a wax. (fair enough) .....But I had to make a decision on the spot as to when I came back. So booked for the following day. Which due to work purposes I couldn’t make. So tried to re schedule. And I’m now being told I didn’t give enough notice and that they can’t re schedule. I’m sorry....It’s my first time Iv done these treatments. A phone call prior to my appointment would have been nice...’oh josh, we don’t recommend you do all this at once, why not book your spray tan another day.’ And then I would have had time to pick a better time. Instead of making the on the spot decision. It’s not all your fault guys, obsvioulsy I could have picked a better time. But come on, you can’t charge me 60 quid for a wax!

I had a pore purifying facial. Wiola was very thorough. The treatment involves extractions so this is a treatment facial rather than a relaxing facial. Overall it was very good- warm towels and a special mask are used to help open your pores which some people may find a bit claustrophobic and a bit of massage around the neck and shoulders would have been nice whilst the mask was working. My skin does look better now and I am going back for a microdermabrasion as a follow up. I have just started a new skincare regimen with serums and glycolic acid too but I think the facial helped to kickstart the benefits.
