Lovely and accommodating staff who are experienced and attentive. Unfortunately however the salon has switched to dry manicures and pedicures which are somewhat abrasive and painful. I left with some nicks on my fingers and toes, and very inflamed and sore cuticles which are still painful hours later. Nail polish was also applied thicker than I would have liked and some nails have dull patches. Disappointing and I hope something can be done about this to return to the usual high standards.

I have been twice for a wax here, the first time was very good but my second experience was slightly worse due to a different therapist. I would recommend Wiola for a wax, she was very friendly and less painful than other times.
