I had to wait between 5-10 mins as when I turned up to the salon for my appointment it was closed. The manicurist eventually arrived late with her breakfast in hand, despite me being there on time for my appointment. The manicure and pedicure itself were good but I didn’t receive the same treatment as usual which is more thorough. Overall, I felt like the manicurist was in a rush and did a very rushed job which could have been better, as normally the service here is very good.
