Lovely massage and lovely therapist. I think however they should warn you not to arrive to early as they often lock the door whilst conducting treatments. I was therefore greeted a little sharply when I arrived 15 mins before my appointment which wasn't ideal. The space itself isn't the most relaxing but the massage and attention to detail from my therapist was spot on. She was very intuitive and informative.

It was good, great treatment, however I book an hour treatment and as the client before me was late, my appointment was delayed 10 minutes, but instead to keep the hour I booked for, the beautician cut it, I got 50 minutes, no sorry, no apology, no explanation, no discount...
