Kristina is an excellent facialist. She did all extractions by hand, being careful and thorough. It was painful as I have a lot of cystic acne at the moment, but I could tell that my face was depuffed and cleansed thoroughly. Highly recommend.

really nice massage Kristina was great. the only thing I'd say is that my skin was a bit sensitive to product, next time I'll go I'll be sure to ask for a product for sensitive skin ! otherwise excellent
