Pleased with the results but a little stressful in the run up as it’s so difficult to get hold of the salon. They don’t have a direct number. You can only call (Treatwell/other external agency?) which I did 3 times to try to rearrange and also emailed as instructed but waited half a day for the reply. In the end I just showed up and luckily they could fit me in!
