From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost profession and care. The process itself was great and Giada was great throughout. I felt relaxed, calm and completely switched off from the world. It was a thoroughly great experience. However, the reason I gave it 4/5 was purely based on a part of my side lateral was left unwaxed. Otherwise, I highly recommend this venue.
