My facial was nice but nothing WOW about it. One thing that really bothered me was that the technician was washing the towel each time and putting the same on my face which felt very wet as well. In my previous experience in a different salon, they use fresh warm towel each time, not washing the same one again and again while you are in the process of the facial. Sorry to say but not going back for facial to Wellness Lounge again.
