Staff are lovely and friendly. The salon was clean and had a very relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, when I got home I realised that there were patches that had been missed on my legs and underarm which is not ideal. I would happily go back though

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and for once my skin hasn’t broken out afterwards as it normally does after a treatment. My therapist was fantastic! There was no pressure to chat and she gave me a wonderful head and neck massage. The ambience was great inside the treatment room but the spa itself is on a busy road and I had to ring for entry. The spa can’t really help where it’s situated though and the treatment more than made up for this shortcoming. In terms of value it is comparable to other spas I’ve visited but I will definitely return to Wellness Lounge for a facial. I was very, very impressed by the experience overall

I’ve been to Wiola a number of times for an eyebrow tint now. She’s fantastic - always knows exactly what colour suits my complexion and I know I can just lie down and let her do her magic.
