This was my first time to the salon and to have these treatments and I have no complaints. The team were fantastic! Really put me at ease and did a fantastic job. I will be coming back again! The only feedback I have is it could be a little clearer that you need to also arrange to have a patch test. I work near the salon so could pop in to check, but I would have been disappointed if I had to cancel my appointment. Lovely experience overall.
