Never booking in at the salon again. I waited for over 20 mins ringing the door bell of the salon (that had a close sign on the door) once I was finally let in after calling and calling I had to wait another 15 mins as the therapist was still in the middle of another treatment. Once she was ready I was ushered into a very cold room to Begin my back facial, not enjoyable as I was freezing. She then cut short my treatment as I was late!! Then though I was stuck outside for ages and then had to wait a further 15 mins for her to finish another treatment. I complained via Treatwell but the salon offered no refund or follow up treatment but said I was late therefore had my treatment time cut. Avoid this salon if you value good customer service and a relaxing treatment!
